Specialist tests

Single tests, booked on their own

Focused tests you can take without a full pathway screen. They can also be added to any pathway test at a reduced price, because everything is arranged around one appointment.

The full fatty acid picture

Omega-3 Index

Measures 24 individual fatty acids — including EPA, DHA, ALA, linoleic acid, arachidonic acid and the trans fats — and reports nine calculated indices on top, among them your Omega-3 Index, your Omega-6 : Omega-3 Ratio and your AA : EPA Ratio. Choose this when you want to know whether your oily fish or your supplement is actually showing up in your blood, and to set a baseline you can re-test after changing your intake.

Intolerance and allergy together

Self Food Intolerance + IgE (Combined)

Combines the self-collected food intolerance test and the IgE allergy test in a single order, so you cover both questions at once rather than buying them separately and waiting twice. Choose this when you genuinely do not know whether what you are experiencing is an allergic response or something else.

Why the way we test matters

Not sure which is right?

Ask our guide about pathways, levels and markers.

Tell me what you'd like to get out of testing, or what you've been noticing, and I'll point you to the right pathway and level. I can also explain any marker.

General information about our testing only — not medical advice, and it can't interpret results. For anything urgent, contact your GP, NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency.
