Athlete performance
Unlock your potential with data-driven insight.
Elite-level physiological analysis for every dedicated athlete — a scientific understanding of how your body responds to the intense demands of training.
Why it matters
The science of peak performance
Unlike a standard health check, every tier is built around the markers and ratios that matter for performance: hormonal balance, recovery, fuelling and inflammation — and, at Tier 3, the anabolic/catabolic balance and physical resilience metrics that separate plateau from progression.
Single biomarkers tell you where you are. Ratios tell you the direction you're moving.
Calculated ratios like AIP, TG:HDL, NLR and LH:FSH catch imbalance before any individual marker tips out of range. This is core performance intelligence, not just a tick-box blood test.
Who it is for
For anyone who trains with intent — endurance athletes, lifters, team-sport players and masters athletes who want to keep competing for decades.
Choose your level
Foundation. Investigation. Full optimisation.
Each tier builds on the last, adding deeper investigation as your training demands grow.
Athlete Tier 2: Performance Optimiser
Built for people training several times a week, this tier looks at the systems that decide whether a block makes you stronger or just more tired: hormones including testosterone, DHEA-S and thyroid, muscle and inflammation markers such as creatine kinase, LDH and hsCRP, iron studies, full blood count, liver, kidney and lipids, plus glucose, magnesium, vitamin D, active B12 and folate. Grip strength, waist and weight feed indices including TyG, METS-IR and the Strength-Health Nexus robustness score, giving 79 data points a clinician reads as one picture alongside the way you train.

From booking to plan
How it works
A straightforward journey from question to clear, clinician-reviewed answers.
- 1
Choose your tier
Pick the depth that fits your training, and book a single appointment.
- 2
Sample and measurements
A venous blood sample, with physical measurements taken at the same visit.
- 3
Clinician review
A registered clinician reads your markers together, against optimal ranges.
- 4
A plan, not a printout
A plain-English report reviewed in the context of your training, with next steps for you and your coach.
Not sure which is right?
Ask our guide about pathways, levels and markers.
Tell me what you'd like to get out of testing, or what you've been noticing, and I'll point you to the right pathway and level. I can also explain any marker.
General information about our testing only — not medical advice, and it can't interpret results. For anything urgent, contact your GP, NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency.
